We want to give you the best possible deal for your Group/Society in 2025 so we have come up with a new pricing structure:
In order to qualify for the new pricing structure, the following Terms and Conditions must be met.
1) Deposit must be paid within one calendar month from the date of booking
2) Numbers must be confirmed within 7 days of the Outing. The rate band will depend on the final numbers on the day of event.
3) Any shortfall on numbers on the day of the Outing must be made up by the remaining players.
