General Information

Complaints

Any Member of the Club who wishes to make a complaint regarding the Course, Clubhouse, Competitions, Handicaps, Social events or staff etc. should do so in writing to the Hon. Secretary of the Committee. Under no circumstances should a Member complain directly to Committee Members, Sub-Committee Members or Staff.

Social Events

The Social Committee are in the process of organising various functions through the year. Details of these will be posted on the notice boards and on our Web Site (http://www.Blainroe.com). Members are asked to respect the formality of the Clubhouse and to dress accordingly. (See Dress Code)

Timesheets

Members Time: Member's time will be reserved as follows:

One hour 1.00 -2.0pm (May vary 1/2 hour either way) with the exception of five Classics as agreed by Committee.
Monday - Ladies day see timesheet for casual time for members.
Wednesday - Time between ladies and men's competitions - See timesheet.
Sunday - Men's Competition - casual golf after timesheet.
A timesheet will operate for all competitions.
No. -plus threes- allowed on timesheet.

The club regulations for dress are as follows:

On The Course: Men

Tailored shorts may be worn.
Track/Leisure suits, Singlets, Tee-shirts and Beach-wear are not acceptable.
Trousers should not be tucked into socks.

On The Course: Ladies

Only tailored Bermudas or City shorts may be worn.
No tank tops or Tee-shirts without straps.
Only suitable golf shoes are permitted on the course.

In The Clubhouse:

Jacket, Collar and Tie or neat Casual Dress (Slacks, Shirt, Jumper) are acceptable.
On Major Social and Prize Giving Occasions, it is requested that Collar and Tie be worn.
Tailored Shorts, Denims and Trainers are not acceptable after 7pm. Tee-shirts, Track-suits, Singlets and Casual Shorts are not acceptable at any time.
Soft or Spiked Golf Shoes are not allowed in the bar or dining area at any time.
